The Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct (GCHKP) is a 200-hectare innovation precinct bringing together health, research, education, technology and industry.

A partnership between the City of Gold Coast, Griffith University and Gold Coast Health, in conjunction with the Queensland Government, the Precinct is anchored by Griffith University, Gold Coast University Hospital and Gold Coast Private Hospital.

With more than $5 billion in health, research and education infrastructure, over 1,000 researchers and 16,000 workers, GCHKP supports collaboration between researchers, clinicians, entrepreneurs and industry.

Key areas of expertise include biomedical science, biotechnology, medtech, clinical trials, advanced manufacturing, micro and nanotechnology, artificial intelligence, digital health, quantum and advanced technologies, and clean energy.
