BASE facility provides end-to-end mRNA research services - from initial sequence design and mRNA manufacture through to LNP formulation - to support the development of mRNA medicines.
Our team has expertise in building mRNA medicines for a wide range of clinical applications including vaccines, cancer, immunotherapies, protein replacement, antibodies, and gene and cell therapies.
We have built over 1000 different mRNAs for use by academic and industry partners.Whether you are starting in discovery or working towards the clinic, BASE can help with the services and experience to develop new mRNA medicine.
