The Australian Organoid Facility (AOF), based at The University of Queensland's AIBN, is a NCRIS-supported research infrastructure facility providing access to human organoid models, automation-enabled culture workflows, high-content imaging, assay development and data analysis.
AOF supports academic, clinical and industry partners to generate, quality-control and apply 3D cell culture models for discovery biology, disease modelling, pre-clinical testing and translational research.
The facility combines specialist stem cell and organoid expertise with robotic automation, controlled laboratory practices and project-based scientific support to improve reproducibility, scalability and access to advanced human-relevant model systems.
