Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH)

Metro South Hospital and Health Service, Queensland Health, Queensland Government

Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane, a large modern multi-storey building with a curved façade and gold cylindrical features on the roof. The hospital name is visible in blue lettering along the верх of the building. In the foreground, dense green trees line a street with cars parked and driving along a clear roadway under a blue sky.

Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is an approximately 1103-bed tertiary and quaternary referral hospital in Queensland, providing care in most adult specialties.

It's part of a major academic and research precinct, the Boggo Road Innovation Junction (BRIJ), and its campus hosts one of Australia's most advanced medical research facilities, the Translational Research Institute (TRI).

The hospital has a dedicated Clinical Research Facility for discoveries made at TRI to progress to clinical trials in a safe, state-of-the-art environment.

The PAH forms part of Metro South Health, the public health service for Brisbane's southside, and is a key partner of Health Translation Queensland.

The PAH is nationally recognised for its expertise in transplantation, cancer care, rehabilitation, and trauma management.
